As an Executive Vice President at CORE, Emily Beare is the firm's go-to specialist for clients seeking to navigate the Manhattan luxury residential sector. In addition to working with her resale clientele, Emily is currently selling the remaining units at 141 Fifth Avenue, the hugely successful downtown Beaux Arts conversion containing a $12 million triplex penthouse built in the building's cupola dome. Under her direction, only a handful of units remain and traffic remains brisk. She is a strong new development sales and marketing force. She single-handedly sold out 520 West Chelsea, the new construction development located near the High Line Park, before closings on the building commenced.
Emily works closely with her son, David Beare, who has established CORE's commercial division, offering full representation for both tenants and owners. Emily and David work to identify and secure acquisitions for development, establishing direct contact with the seller and negotiating purchases.
Prior to joining CORE, Emily worked for another top Manhattan brokerage. Prior to real estate, she ran a successful watch business and had a career trading gold on the commodities exchange. Affable and professional, Emily always strives to exceed expectations. Her loyal clientele includes noted restaurateurs, developers, architects, and designers. She has developed friendships with many of her clients, as well as countless others in the brokerage community.
