Prior to Core, Eric spent 9 years in the world of high-end residential construction. He served as vice president of a boutique custom home construction firm where he was instrumental in growing the company four-fold. He has managed projects in private residences where improvements ranged up to $1,000/square foot. His experience in this industry has given him a sense for what people are really after and what is possible within a given space.
 
In his free time Eric enjoys skiing, biking, entertaining and travel. He currently resides in downtown Manhattan with his wife and two children.
