Gilberto R. Arribas returned to the New York City area in 2007 after two years in Costa Rica working as a consultant for a mixed-use hotel development. His consulting responsibilities included branding, positioning and introducing the development to major international hotel companies. He also served as director of sales and marketing for several developments in Costa Rica. Upon returning to the States he was hired as a sales executive for 77 Hudson, a new luxury development in Jersey City over looking the Manhattan skyline. Currently he is a licensed sales associate in New York and New Jersey.

Gilberto began his career in Manhattan real estate 12 years ago and has since developed a strong understanding of all areas of the real estate market. He has assisted buyers, sellers and investors with the intricate details of their diverse investments. His prior experience in the hospitality industry was as a sommelier. He holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the California Institute of Arts, in Valencia.
