Michael Rubin learned about real estate at an early age. His father is a broker and his grandfather is a developer, so he more or less grew up around the business. He landed his first real estate job at age 20, working as a sales associate for Century 21 while attending college. Soon after, he began investing in property.

With a degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University and a certificate in international marketing and management from Hanze University, in The Netherlands, Michael has a keen understanding of the sales and marketing process. Before joining CORE he worked as a senior account manager at a medical recruitment and staffing firm in Manhattan, where he was a top sales producer, increasing the amount of new business by up to 90% each year. This job also proved his ability to deliver the highest level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Having traveled and lived around the world, Michael has experienced tremendous ethnic, cultural and economic diversity. Engaging in various cultures and communities has taught him to be a good listener and an effective communicator. These skills are an integral part of his success in real estate, where he meets people from all walks of life and dedicates himself to understanding each client’s unique needs and situation. He thrives on that personal interaction, and works hard to deliver what his clients want and to exceed their expectations of customer service.

Although born in Arizona, Michael grew up in the suburbs of New York City. He has lived in Manhattan for a number of years and knows the different characteristics and benefits of each of its neighborhoods. When not exploring new places in the city, he enjoys traveling, reading, skiing and painting.
