Patrick’s family laid the foundation for the person and the broker he is today. As one of eight children, he learned to be a team player and strengthened his ability to communicate, problem solve and accommodate others at an early age. He brings those key elements to CORE, which allows him to successfully cater to his clients in residential sales and rentals as well as in commercial transactions.
Through his creative and aggressive marketing savvy and his strong sense of space and design, Patrick is able to satisfy both buyers and sellers. He views his interactions with his clientele as more than transactions revolving around a property; he devotes time into cultivating and maintaining relationships with individuals to truly offer a higher level of service, offering a thoughtfully considered approach to achieving each specific goal. Patrick represents a wide range of clients from esteemed professionals to high profile clients. His equal respect and treatment of everyone he crosses paths with is a testament to his unique ability to connect.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Patrick devoted five years to directing and producing theatrical productions in notable theaters including The Flea Theater. Originally from Boston, Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He is passionate about the progression of his community and is a member of the GLAAD Leadership Council and a top fundraiser for The Gay Men’s Health Crisis. Patrick has lived in New York for the past 10 years and loves its culture, lifestyle and neighborhoods. He currently resides in Chelsea and is a summer resident of Fire Island.
